Dear Community,
Lately I have came across a lot of devices in "Discovered" state appearing on a particular level in the Organizational group structure of my client. The thing is that this is the top level Organizational Group and there should not be any device records there. Some of these devices are supervised, but the majority is non-supervised devices. These are also reported as "Unmanaged discovered" in Mobile Email Management.
What will be the proper way to remove those records from the console? Should these first be removed from Mobile Email Management (Remove Unmanaged Device)?
