iOS Intelligent Hub asks for Token during enrollment, cannot proceed

Hi,

I am trying to enroll my iPhone with Intelligent Hub, after the first time enrollment by inputting server and group ID, it went to token page. I have no idea what would the "token" be. In normal situation, I just input username password and the enrollment will proceed. My iPad (iPadOS 15.0) works well.

I tried re-install Hub, clear App cache, restart device all no luck. Whenever I launch Hub again, after a few seconds, it goes to the page "Token".

Hi,

The first thing that comes to mind is that the "Require Registration token" setting is enabled in the organization group with the group ID entered during iPhone registration.
If the OG that the iPhone belongs to is different from the OG that the iPad belongs to, that setting may be the cause.

Thanks ogushia,

but the option you mentioned was disabled in console. I tried enroll both iPhone and iPad in same OG.

I wonder if there is any way I can see the intelligent hub log to troubleshoot it.
