I have noticed I have a lot of iOS devices reporting 0.0.0.0 for the IP Address. When I ran a report it says the IP is not getting sampled. Anyone else run into this?
I am on OmPrem 20.8.0.28
Are the devices in single app mode? If so that may be your problem.
No, they are not. Appears newly enrolled devices are not reporting IPs. Seen in version 2008, 2109 and 2111.
