iOS Configuration Key updates

So, lets say I need to update a setting for an app with a Configuration Key already in the app's settings. Can I just update the setting and it auto-populates to the devices or do I need to reinstall the app with the new settings? Basically I need to update the URL of an App that it's pointing to. The app I am updating doesn't really give any indication of the URL it's pointing to, so makes to hard to see if the change occured.

App configuration keys?
My previous experience on app config key changes does not auto populate the changes and requires the app to be repushed or reinstalled to get the new keys.

I agree with Claude that you need to re-push the app for the new configuration to take effect.

thanks folks. have somebody a list of apps with configurations key´s ? I cant nothing find for citrix workspace and skype for business.
