We have our BYO devices set to auto enterprise wipe when the individual leaves the company, or more specifically I guess it does it when their account goes inactive. Someone left in December and their phone didn't remove the company content. Account shows inactive in WS1 and a "Break the MDM Relationship" command was setup on the same day, however even today it's sitting in the Commands list with a Status of On Hold. Any thoughts? Seen this work previously with people I happened to be monitoring.
