Ever since iOS 13 was released I'm running into a little annoying issue with our shared iOS devices. I have them set so that when a user logs in a passcode profile requirement is set on the device prompting them to enter a 6 digit passcode which would bring up the dial pad for them to enter in the passcode. Now with iOS 13 its bringing up the full keyboard and they have to switch to the numbers across the top in order to select there passcode. Anyone know of a work around for this issue?
Mike, we are seeing the same behavior. Luckily, this happens only when entering the passcode for the first time. It's probably one of the many iOS 13 bugs since I'm not aware of any changes in the passcode payload.
We are also seeing the same thing. Very annoying for our users in a multi user shared device environment. Would be curious if anyone has found a workaround to this.
