generic mailbox whitelist

when email and enrolled phone is from different domain name site and requires to add the profile, it will have to whitelist at email > list view> filter by ' blocked'  and whitelist.
after whitelisted, it then can load the emails.

however, after few hours, it will blocked again and requires to whitelist again. anyone encounter the same issue?
