device(iPod) unable to connect to WorkSpace ONE after 30 days unseen

Praying someone can help or advise.

I currently have a number of iPod Touch devices enrolled in Workspace ONE. All devices enrolled automatically using 'mobileconfig' file after being supervised using a Mac. All seems to be working, I can see the devices on the console and can apply profile updates. The issue I'm having is that some devices are not used daily. Once a device becomes unseen for 30 days approx it canot connect to Workspace ONE. I'm assuming there is a setting which allows you chose the amount of time an unseen device can connect, but I can't find this setting.

Is there a way I can allow these unseen devices to connect via the Workspace ONE console? Or do I need to attend the site and re-apply the mobileconfig file, I've done this on a few devices and it works. Trouble is that each device is at a different location.

Any help or advice is much appreciated.
