Anyone ever run into the problem of being constantly logged out or timed out (session expired) of an on premise console? - this just occurred after Jan 2020 Patches. - And I dont want to randomly uninstall all those patches - MS Jan 2020 took care of 49 vulerabilities.
For us (on-prem) this problem happens for 2 reasons...
1) Chrome. It's a notorious problem in Chrome. No idea why, never bothered to dig into it. I stick with Firefox and Safari and had no issues.
2) Our load balancer. I'd guess that something is misconfigured and there's no persistence, so when the TTL expires, you get kicked. My solution is to go directly to a Console host's URL and skip the vanity/loadbalanced URL. This gives me the session persistence that I desire.
