can't configure Directory Service

Hello All,

I would like to configure Directory service for AD in UEM

SO first, the Test Connection between ACC and UEM is correct.(refer to below pic)

but I can't see the something in Base DN, which should be filled out automatically in the directory services.(refer to below pic)

so I typed "DC=cell, DC=lab" manually and click button "test connection" and it was failed with the error message". (refer to below pic)

the Windows version is server 2016 std with disabled firwall and enalbed ACC.

Are there anybody for helping me? I spent 6 hours due to this problem...

Did you correctly configure your directory service setting?

If so, check ACC advanced settings.
There is a setting that defines that communication between AD and UEM will be through ACC.

What happens when you enter an IP and not a hostname ?

Actually, I found the problem today morning. The problem is the configuration known as "all other components" on the "Advanced" Tab menu > "Airwatch Services" Components. the Components should be enabled.

I had knew that is automatically enabled when "Directory Serivce" is enabled. But It was wrong..
