After upgrading access, the old access connector old version is working fine but after the upgrade, the access connector to v 22.09.1 Dir sync is not working.
Look at the Access Connector log files. Specially Directory Sync service log files.

Solved by uninstalling the old version and installing and latest version without upgrade
