admin.horizonview can't login

I'm attempting to log in to the vmware workspace after the install but the password is not being accepted. 

https://gateway-va.{domainnamehere}/hc/login/

Any suggestions?

Hi

For admin.horizonview user, you are seeing a username/password is incorrect. You are also seeing a 404 error, when is that happening?

Can you send me the following files via private message so that I can take a further look?

/opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/horizon.log on service-va

/opt/vmware/c2/c2instance/logs/connector.log on connector-va

I'm going to delete the workspace and reimport it.  I'll follow up on this thread if its a fail.

I reinstalled the workspace.

It appears the issue was using only the hostname instead of the FQDN for the vcenter server in the setup of the configurator-va

Thank you for the follow up. yes, using FQDN instead of short hostnames is a requirement for Workspace
