When accessing the main IDM page I get:

Error 

You do not have permission to access this page: /hc/13/authenticate/

We're running version 3.3 on premise and this started occurring after changed our connector to an external windows connector from the internal connector. The directory sync part is working as intended and so is enrollment on mobile devices without issue.. so I'm thinking I just missed a step somewhere. Any insight? I opened a VMWare support ticket last so I'll share what ever is found.

I am also getting the same error when trying to select domain name at login page of vIDM. Could you please help me with your resolution steps if it is resolved for you?

I had this issue twice and it was due to DB corruption and I had to rebuild the directory. In this error, the number (13) is the DB folder name that is assigned on the Windows connector when the connector is built, and it is not able to find it.

you should be able to browse to https://WS1AccessServerURL/SAAS/login/0 to get to the System login page
