We are a SAAS WS1 subscriber, and recently we've come across an issue where users using Office 2016 that attempt to sign into Office with their O365 account, get the attached error. In a nutshell:
- User launches Word 2016.
- User clicks sign in at the top right corner.
- User provides their O365 e-mail account.
- User is directed to our SAAS portal for WS1.
- Error pops up.
We can't figure out the root cause, and no one from any side seems to identify any kind of recent change. Early testing of Office 2019 SEEMS to not make it happen, but it's very early testing and honestly not our favorite route to go. Has anyone come across this?
