Workspace One UEM - Unable to update iOS to 15.4.1

Hello Everyone.

We manage 300+ iOS devices mostly on iOS 15.3.1. None have updated to 15.4.0/1.

We have checked and can see both new iOS versions are available and not paused:-

We have attempted to push 15.4.1 to one device, but it hasn't downloaded and updated.

The update also doesn't show up if the user attempts to manually update the iOS.

I have checked the guide but I am unable to find anything regarding this other than pausing and unpausing:-
