Workspace One (MFA) works with Teradici zero/AIo clients?

We are activating WSO mode for MFA. Using Horizon Client no problem, instead using Teradici thin clients the authentication process cannot complete. Does anyone know what the problem might be? The only explanation I thought is that in OS Teradici there is no browser to access to the second authentication factor.

Hi perty,

you are correct. Due to the fact that Teradici Clients are not able to spawn a Browser-Session to perform the authentication, your scenario will not work. However you could install a dedicated (pair of) Connection Server(s) in the same pod not forcing WS1 mode - as this is being set per CS.

Instruct your Teradici Clients to use these; all others go to the WS1 mode enabled Connection Servers. As there is no way to set other conditions, this might work for your environment.
