Workspace One Launcher No Whitelisted Browsers

I am getting a message stating "No Whitelisted Browsers" when selecting a weblink in launcher. I tried adding a custom setting I found on a past solution but it did not fix the problem. I also tried adding Chrome and Workspace Web to hidden apps but that did not solve the issue either. What really confused me was that I could add other web links or even chrome itself the the launcher and was able to access them. I tried removing the web link and re-creating it. I tried removing the smartgroup and recreating it. Help?

So your explanation of the problem is a bit confusing...

Do you have an app restrictions profile or app control profile applied?

Hidden apps are ones which are not directly called - they are used within other apps only.  So for example, you might have an app which asks the Camera app for a picture.  In this case, adding the Camera as Hidden should work iirc.

For your purpose, you need the Web or Chrome apps actually added to the Launcher.

If you have already tried that, please let me know if other links work while the browsers are in the Launcher profile or not.
