Workspace One / Intelligent Hub installing old/previous version of iOS Custom App

Good Afternoon!

We have a customer who is experiencing an odd issue when attempting to distribute our app via Workspace One / Intelligent Hub to newly provisioned iPads.  While the current version is displayed correctly within the Workspace One Custom App management screen (Apps & Books > Applications > Purchased), devices appear to be receiving an older version of the app.

The user is then able to immediately update via the Hub to the latest/current version.

We have been unable to reproduce this issue, and my belief is that this may be an issue between Workspace One and the Apple Enterprise store.

Has anyone observed this behaviour?
