Hello,
I am working on enabling the SMS OTP Access for a client for all Admins inside of Workspace One.
After going through the steps to add new Admin users, I selected to enable Two-Factor Authentication, and chose SMS as the delivery method with a 10 minute expiration.
After adding the numbers to the Mobile Section on Details, I saved the new user, and logged out.
After multiple attempts at re-logging in with that new user, once I enter Username/Password (which are correct credentials), the next section that pops up is a "One-Time session token". I assumed this would be when I would receive the OTP via SMS, but it never comes through.
Any ideas what's happening? Thanks, and I look forward to the assistance.
