Workspace One Access cannot be access

HI,

I have upgrade my Access from 20.10 to 21.08, after reboot i cannot access. Power off the VM and power on back then can access.

Then i upgraded my Access from 21.08 to 22.09 after reboot cannot access the login page even power off and power on the VM.

Attached with screenshot for reference. If anyone face the same issue and manage to resolve, kindly share the way to fix it.

not sure if it's valid or not, but try resetting the sql string to use ip in the configurator or reset the dns setting using /opt/vmware/share/vami_config_net

had similar issue and the error was because database server name was unresolved,
