Workspace ONe UEM with UAG 

Hello,

I configured UAG in my company's DMZ.
Workspace ONe is in SAAS mode.
The connection test between Workspace ONE and UAG and OK from the WS1 console.

On the client workstation, Workspace One Tunnel displays "Disconnected, Tunnel cannot access gateway"
In the Workspace ONE Tunnel log file on the client machine we find:
WARN: NetworkConnectivity: tunnel...sso.com:8443 un-reachable
I can't find where the problem could come from.

You can check with tools like iNETTools the reachability from the client to tunnel...sso.com:8443.
