Following the above guide, I was able to add the Airwatch application in Workspace One Access, and was able to edit the SAML settings in Workspace One UEM, but when I click on the Airwatch icon in my dashboard, I get a "
SAML authentication has timed out; please try your request again.
I've done so much troubleshooting I'm at wits end. Has anyone come across this issue? Seems there is a disconnect in the SAML settings.
Hi Ruby3, have you tried logging into the Workspace ONE Access from another browser, an Incognito session or clearing your browser cache, then click on the Airwatch SAML app?

Are you trying to configure SAML to SSP or enrollment?
Can you confirm that you have configured the correct AWserver URL in Ws1 access. It must match the URL for the service in WS1 uem site-urls.
For example, you should use the FQDN for Device Services for enrollment.
