Workspace ONE UEM : LiveCylce > Updates down on console version 18.11

On a Shared Cloud environment and unable to access the Devices > Lifecycle > Updates sections of the Workspace One UEM console. Does anyone have a work around?

I was told in my support ticket that this bug is fixed in 19.03 but since we are in Shared environment we won't be getting the update for months. Seems concerning that we cannot approve any windows updates for a few months.

Additionally does anyone know if Windows Update profiles will still auto approve and deploy updates?

Can you navigate directly to the update URL? For example https://cn135.awmdm.com/AirWatch/#/Updates/List. Use your enviroments URL and add the /AirWatch/#/Updates/List

Hi Zane,

Thanks for the recommendation. Afraid I still get the same error. Having support escalate it now. Curious as to how many people this is affecting.
Not the best news but I checked the page in out test console, which is on 1903, and seems to be working.
