Workspace ONE Launcher not installing

Hello,

I have Samsung Galaxy Tab A (2019) on android 9. I used airwatch for 2 years and i got no problem. But this week I unrolled a tablet for a test. Then I re-rolled it but the Workspace ONE launcher does not install anymore even though I use the same profile as before and that I had the Workspace ONE launcher working.

Do you have an idea of ​​the problem ?
