Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub menu options missing on Windows clients

Good morning,

Starting a couple days ago, we noticed that the menus on the left side in the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub on Windows clients has disappeared. The only thing we can see when opening the Hub is the general info/status/sync. There are no menus, so we cannot see the list of available apps and we cannot see the progress of current app installations.

I suspect something inadvertently turned this off, as it impacted all of the Hub clients. Anyone have any ideas how to get it back?

I had the same issue after the intelligent hub updated to v22. After working with VMWare support, I had to migrate my App Catalog in "Hub Services":

Interesting! Is that migrating the App Catalog from UEM to Hub Services? Or do you have steps on what you did?

We've only had WSO for a couple weeks, so I'm not familiar with the services outside of UEM yet.

I don't remember the steps, but if you go into the Hub Services there is a link to migrate app catalog. After I did that the Intelligent Hub was back to normal.
