Workspace Hub disabled by Admin

When setting up the device for Android EMM, the hub is unable to download or install any applications. If I look in settings, under Install Unknown Apps, the Hub is disabled, apparently by admin.


Can you tell me why the Hub gets disabled?


Is there a setting in the Airwatch console that disables the Hub from installing applications?


The device is a Samsung A20, and a Samsung J6

To my knowledge there is no way to control application permissions via the console. Mine is also disabled (Android Legacy) on my phone (Note 9 with 9.0) but I can still force applications and profiles to silently install on it. What is your concern about it not having permission set to on to install other applications?

My concern is that the Hub doesn't install any applications.
Or, will install one, then stop... With all applications listed as pending.

I just thought the Hub being disabled was the cause of this.

Silent install used to be dependent upon the service app then the ELM client but they built that into the Hub app now so it shouldn't be an issue.  You're welcome.
