We have a couple users that have recently reported that when they are not on WiFi and are using Sprint's cellular network that they are unable to use the apps. Boxer will not sync any new email and then when you connect to a WiFi network or mobile hotspot then Boxer starts syncing. The VPN is also affected as you will see it flipping from connected to not connected under the VPN settings on the iPhone. One of the users this started happening after they purchased their iPhone XR and the other user just started happening to them after having their iPhone XR for 6 months and there were no changes to their personal Sprint plan. One of the users we pulled the SIM card out and popped it back in and the Tunnel connection started working but Boxer still won't sync. Anyone else experiencing this type of problem as Sprint has been less than helpful with troubleshooting this issue. Thanks
