Hello,
I'm having an issue where IOS device are not able to launch virtual desktops within the Workspace app. Basically, once I'm logged in to Workspace , I can see all the virtual desktop icons. However, when I try to launch a VM, nothing happens. I believe it's supposed to open up the Horizon Client app (which is also installed). This is all external access which we have a reverse proxy configured in UAG for vIDM.
Internally, there are no issues.
Has anyone implemented UAG and vIDM with successful access from IOS devices externally?
