Web Enrollment 9.7.0.33

Anyone experience something similar that can only enroll in DEP, not through web enrollment? I tried both an AD account and Basic account. We get to the redirect page but doesn't, then when I select the redirect we receive a blank white page and unable download the MDM profile.

Do you have any enrollment restriction setup?

Hello Greg, No we don't have any restrictions set in place upon enrollment. Open Enrollment for both Basic and AD users. I checked under Restrictions and all looks good. We are puzzled.

We recently updated our certificate on the servers. Any thought that this could've broken the web enrollment piece?
