WSO UEM Settings Export not working

Hello everybody, 

I wanted to compare two sets of Settings from two different versions of onpremise WSO UEM Consoles. (Here is the path: https://[ConsoleURL]/AirWatch/#/AirWatch/SettingsSummary)

Console 1 -  Version 20.11.0.39 (2011) - Export to XML works

Console 2 - Version 21.9.0.16 (2109) - Export to XML does not work - when the EXPORT XML button is pressed, nothing happens. 

We also have a sandbox SaaS environmet with the UEM version 22.3.0.0 (2203) - here the export does not work either. 

Does anybody have a workaround for this bug? 

I have checked the Exports section, no luck.

I also know that I can compare the both sets in the console, but that is not enough for me.

Hi,

I checked my sandbox SaaS tenant (version 21.11.0.0 (2111)) and saw same problem as you described.
I tried on hands on lab (version 21.5.0.38 (2105)), and confirmed the XML file comes from following address.

https://[console URL]/AirWatch/SettingsSummary/Search?Page=&Size=50&CurrentView=Custom&Order=Ascending&Sort=Name&IsExport=true&ExportFormat=ExportXml

I confirmed I could download the XML file from my sandbox SaaS tenant with above URL.
