WS1 enrolling iPhone

Hi...i need help, and maybe someone had something similar. I'm trying to enroll iPhone to Workspace One and I don't use DEP. After the MDM profile is downloaded to device, and I try to install this profile, I receive error invalid profile.

My profile is signed with certificate which is verified, but even if the profile is not signed, problem is the same

Is your environment On-Prem or SaaS? How are you enrolling? Using Intelligent Hub to enroll? Ensure device is not part of any ADE formerly DEP program.
If device has been enrolled before, ensure you delete the un-enrolled device record within WS1 console before you attempt to do another enrollment.
