This is not a question but rather a bug with VMware Web on Android 11 or later.
We have Samsung tablets used with launcher.
Every time you open any (web app) or the Web browser, the remote screen on the Admin Console is blank. Admin cannot see anything.
We added Google Chrome and switched to try Chrome with the same web apps, the console admin can see the remote screen on the console.
Raised this with VMware support and the support person ended up giving me troubleshooting steps on WS1 Assist deployment on Windows while my ticket clearly had Android and specific OS versions in it and even on the subject of the ticket.
Go figure!
