VMWare not supporting multiple user profiles on Workspace One Windows 10 devices

Hi Guys,

I've been told by Dell that VMWare does not support multiple user profiles on Workspace One Windows 10 devices...??

I have enrolled about 360 Windows 10 Devices so far and I'm noticing when staff inherit someone else's Workspace One laptop or if there's a profile user name change their device can be enterprise wiped... I've enabled a lock to disallow this from happening but its far from ideal.

I'm sure you're all aware of this but if that new user profile is logged in that new user will see the old user in the Intelligent hub and eventually the laptop becomes uncompliant and can be wiped...

I've been told the only solution is to uninstall and reinstall the Intelligent hub..

does anyone have a workaround for this? better still will VMWare support Windows 10 Multiple user profiles?

this situation seems very strange to me..

Cheers
