Users enrolling under the wrong account in Workspace One
We're noticing an increasingly frequent but randomly occurring issue where some users that enroll into Workspace One Intelligent Hub app are enrolling under the wrong user account even though they put in their own unique credentials. Okta is our identity master and thus each employee has their own Okta credentials. A few times now during enrollments, some users are putting in their own credentials but getting enrolled under the wrong account name. Have not been able to replicate or find a pattern to this outside of it seeming to only happen to windows computers. Any ideas or advice?
