I have some users who have no issues enrolling android devices through intelligent hub, but for some reason cannot enroll iOS devices. Any thoughts on this? I have looked at accounts of those who can and can't side by side and they look identical. I'm at a loss, I'm an admin and I myself cannot enroll iOS for some reason. I assume it is account based. I have a test ipad that I cannot enroll, but a member of my team can enroll it with no issue at all. Any help is much appreciated.
I do not have any restriction policies for enrollment. Oddly enough it appears only my desktop support team cannot enroll their iOS 15 devices. Regular users can just fine. VMware has been troubleshooting this for over 2 months and have gotten no where.
