We have an interesting situation where an Avaya app doesn't seem to work well when it's on Wi-Fi. Short of killing the Wi-Fi completely on the devices, does anyone know if there is a way to direct traffic to 4G for a specific app and the rest to go thru the Wi-Fi or whatever the current main connection is at the time? So if on 4G obviously everything goes thru 4G. If on Wi-Fi everything goes thru Wi-Fi except this one app.
Thanks.
You would need to create a profile and do a Network Usage rule. If I remember correct that should allow you to say Said App can use cellular only on WIFI
Thanks for the reply Nathan. Took a look at the Network usage rules and looks like it may be the opposite of what I want to do so maybe the answer is it can't be done.
So looks like it set to allow or not allow cellular with an app, but no way to restrict an app from using Wi-Fi.
