Upgrade Intelligent Hub on Windows 10

What's the preferred way to upgrade the Intelligent Hub on Windows 10 if it's deployed as part of an image?

I found that if you manually try to upgrade the Intelligent Hub you're forced to uninstall the old version and install the new one.  Definitely not the preferred method.

Definitely by leveraging the "Intelligent Hub Automatic Updates" found in Device > Windows > Windows Desktop > Intelligent Hub Application

Never had issues with; it keeps your Agents always at the same level as your Device Services Servers - set and forget 🙂

Pretty sure VMware would prefer/recommend this setting either...

I didn't realize that it only upgrades the client version to your console version of the Intelligent Hub when you have the "Intelligent Hub Automatic Updates" option enabled.  Guess I need to upgrade my console to find out if it's working.

Thanks for the info.

Can confirm we would recommend doing it this way 😉

I put the details in the Win32 Applications tutorial - https://techzone.vmware.com/deploying-win32-applications-vmware-workspace-one-operational-tutorial#_...
