Update file .ipa ios internal app doesn't work on devices

Hi, I have updated my internal ios app 3 hours ago, but the device has not the app installed yet. The devices are on-line and they surfing on internet . Any suggest?

Do you see the app assigned to your device? Is the app designed for a particular make/model? Some iOS apps can only be installed on either iPhone/iPad and not both.

Yes it's only an update of our file ,ipa already assigned to our ipads without problems

Checks whether the new version has been compiled with the same certificate, provisioning profile and is valid

yes because the same file .ipa has been installed without problems in other OU of my Airwatch

In the other OU assigned as if it was first version of the application or added new version?
