Unrecoverable Error on Intelligent Hub

Users of a hand-ful of devices; Galaxy S6 running operating system 7.0, a Galaxy S8 running operating system 7.0 and a Galaxy S8 running operating system 8 have communicated they received a notification on their device stating ' Unrecoverable Error Occurred. Hub is unable to manage your device. Please contact your IT admin to un-enroll and re-enroll your device.  The device shows fully enrolled and communicating in the console.   At this time, the notification is not showing on other devices, such as other Galaxy S8's with operating system 8 and Note 9 and Galaxy S9's with operating system 9.  IT is trying to physically get an S6 to review it, but any ideas what might be causing this error message.   All devices have the most recent hub version, 9.02.0.26.
