This issue is with the user specific when I tried to go ahead and enroll intelligent hub with the Test user ID it got enrolled on the device. But when trying with that specific user ID I get the error when i entered the username and password. The system is in domain.
It going to be hard to provide any suggestions based on the information provided. Please add additional information such as what the error said, a screenshot, Windows 10 edition and version and potentially grab the Hub logs on the device.
