Undefined message

Has anyone gotten to the Workspace Configure Directory screen and kept getting "undefined". I've been stuck here for two days now. Help PLEASE!!

What version of the product is this? Workspace 2.1, 2.1.1 or Identity Manager 2.4?

What database is being used?

Please follow the above mentioned kb and if it does not resolve the issue send me the /opt/vmware/horizon/workspace/logs/horizon.log, configurator.log and connector.log files

I'm sorry. I forgot to update this. I was getting this because I set the DNS reverse lookup incorrectly. Thanks for responding.
