Unable to take screenshot on iOS device

Hello,

I'm facing a weird problem with our iOS devices : I can't take screenshots anymore. Last time I took screenshots was yesterday at the end of the day, but it became impossible this morning.

It's not a restriction profile problem (nothing changed since yesterday), and our restricion profile allows taking screenshots. I also tried to disable the restriction profile, without much success.

I also tried with another device in another OG and the problem is the same.

I really don't understand... Is anybody's facing the same problem ?

And if you unenroll your device still not working? (just to test it)

Have you had a look on-device in Settings / VPN & Device Management / Device Manager / Restrictions and checked that Screenshots are not disabled in there ?

an iOS device can be MDM managed and have nothing restricting screenshots. However, other MAM controlled apps, such as Microsoft Mobile apps may have restrictions. There may also be financial apps that have restrictions. 

Anything that was installed between the last time that it worked, and when it stopped working (screenshots). 

Mobile apps

Updates

etc.
