I have a very strange issue where two devices for two separate users can be enrolled successfully and receive email but ONLY on the company wireless network. When the device is on cellular data or an outside wireless network we get the following message when opening the mail app ' Cannot get mail, the connection to the server failed' . We have hundreds of other devices and none have this issue. The devices are not being blocked in airwatch and show ' compliant' and the user account is setup correctly. The users had devices before and they worked fine, they received new devices this week and that's when the issue began. We have wiped the devices and re-enrolled numerous times but continue to receive the error. I'm completely at a loss at this point and any guidance would be much appreciated,
