Hi Ruchika,

This is not by fault ofworkspaceONE UEM. It is a microsoft CSP restriction.
See this link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/personalization-csp

Personalization CSP is supported in Windows 10 Enterprise and Education SKUs. It works in Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Pro in S mode     > if <    SetEduPolicies in SharedPC CSP is set.

So for it to work on Windows 10 Pro, you would need to use the SetEduPolicies in the SharedPC CSP.

Regards,
Jason

Hi Ruchika,

SetEduPolicies implements a few restrictions on the PC, they might not be the best for your scenario, that is something you would need to evaluate.
The SharedPC CSP is here, it contains the SetEduPolicies node:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/sharedpc-csp

Another way you could achieve the wallpaper change is to use a solution in conjunction with Azure/Cloud storage. You could use Cloud storage to host the image, then deploy a Powershell script to the PC that grabs the image and applies it on the PC.

At a high level i assume this would work, and this article seems to show that it does work with a different UEM, but it should also work with WSP1 UEM..
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/241c3da4-40ce-4c15-a249-c226f12ca105/w10-p...

Let me know how you go with this, obviously you should test this before deployment to production.

This information comes with no warranty or support from myself.

Regards,

Jason

do you know if this can be done in OneDrive sharepoint,

and something that automatically changes the wallpapers.
