Unable to power off shared device

we have shared devices in our fleet, the issue we have is that we are unable to power off those devices after the devices are logged off..... is there a way to power off those devices?

iOS or Android?

Is the option to power off greyed out or absent?

If it is an Android, you will most likely need the custom xml code to allow it. I had to add that to my launcher profiles this year.

We have the same issue and use all iOS devices, the only way i have found to turn them off is to select them in the console and under more actions is to push a shutdown. This is really only useful while configuring devices before deploying them.

Kevin, what happened when you try to power off the phone manually?

when its in single app mode you hit the button like you are going to power off and the device just locks but doesn't give you the swipe to power off.

Does it have any restriction payload? If so, try uninstalling it temporarily and see if you are able to power off the device after.
