Unable to get the audit report

Hi to everyone,

I have problems pulling reports and was wondering if anyone would have an idea.

I have also open an SR but as I don't like to wait ...

When I go in the admin page and try to get the audit reports I receive an error "unable to get audit report" on the top of my screen.

Same goes for the horizon file usage report.

Cheers

Seb

Seb - I am using an F5 with 2 gateways as well.  On your configurator-va under the X-Forwarded-For do you have your load balancer IP addresses defined in there?

Seb,

I get the exact same error message as well.  Are you load balancing at all?

I will double check but I think I did enter both internal and external vip in it. Like mentionned in the f5 workspace whitepaper.

I ll double check later tonight. Got to run home. Family time Smiley Wink

I just ran into this problem (had the VIP as the X-Forwarded-For) and according to the logs it's connecting via the floating IP of the F5, which makes sense.
