When I am trying to replicate the same. I am not able to see the Android Shared Device Mode Option as shown in above image:
Account - List View - Add User - fill in the details - [Went to advance Option] but could not find the option to select Native & Launcher

The maintenance window differ between different cloud hosts. For example cn801.awmdm.com are upgraded to 2102 but cn1108.awmdm.com is not. If your environment not upgraded yet, it should be in the near future. An I think you should get an email with upcoming maintenance for you SaaS tenant with date and time.
If not, I think you can reach out to the support in order to get the date and time for the upgrade.
What console version do you have? I thinkthis feature is released in WS1 UEM Console version 2102

It is 2101, how can I update it to 2102
If you are in a shared SaaS the upgrade will be scheduled automatically by VMware. And you should receive an email from VMware with the date for the upgrade windows.
22-Mar-8 must be a typo? I think it should be the date when they begin upgrade SaaS environments.
