Unable to edit profile

Hi everyone,

I wonder if you can help with the current issue that I facing with our mdm(Workspace One). At the moment I can’t edit anything on the profile hence every time when I click edit on the profile page all I’m getting the error message saying "Something unexpected happened. If the issue persists, please contact your IT administrator" and for this case I'm the system administrator but I believe this issue is with Workspace One, so will it be possible if you can tell me how to resolve this issue? please see the screen shot below

I had the same issue and followed the same steps above before calling support to get the issue fixed.

Eventually i was asked to to access https://API_URL/MetadataTransformService/hc  from the console server. 

What happened for me was the certificate the DS server provided to the console server was being tagged as invalid and blocking access.  It was providing an internal cert vs. external cert

Fortunately after discovery of this we had to update the main UEM cert due to expiry, and took the time to remove the internal cert and standardize on the external cert with modified host files on all services (DS, console and UAGs)

Problem is in C:\AirWatch\AirWatch 2302\Websites\MetadataTransformService where is missing library VMware.UEM.MetadataTransformService.dll i found it in installation CAB files in version 23.2.17 is it file with name _68779EA9433FBF6A7CE00AD631553D8B, rename it to VMware.UEM.MetadataTransformService.dll and copy it to C:\AirWatch\AirWatch 2302\Websites\MetadataTransformService and then creating and editing Android EMM profiles works.again.

As for point #5, just to add that in my case, I had version 3.1.25. I've repaired the installation (I had to download the actual exe for that). After that i've rebooted the server and the issues was fixed.
