Unable to add public Android app

I added a new Android application this morning and all went as planned.

 

This afternoon when I went to add another, I get to the point of approving the app I want, selecting to have it stay approved after updates, and then I'm left on the app screen with just a cancel button at the very bottom, and the X to close it out at the top, but no option to save or continue to the details screen...

Has anyone else ever run into this? 

 

Update: After walking away from this yesterday I was about to open a support case this morning, and decided to try one more time.  It appears the issue resolved itself at this point and after I approve the app and permissions it takes me to the Details page as expected.  Not sure what the issue was as I tried on multiple machines/browsers yesterday, but again, it seems to have resolved itself today!

I think you also have to hit Select in the middle of the window.  Haven't done this too much, but that seems like the thing to do.

Thanks for the reply.  Unfortunately when I choose Select on that screen I get the pop up at the top saying it's already been added and I still can't continue further at all to the details screen like it should.
