We often get the message ' login failed' when connecting via root on the console. The password is definitely correct as I type it correctly in the username field. Can you tell me which logs I need to look at to determine root cause?
Is there also a way for us to link our UAG servers to our AD so we can login with our ADM accounts?
Hi Damlan, Try to sign into the Workspace ONE console with that UAG root username and password and see if it asks you to change it. I'm unsure what account you are referring to, but we have a uagadmin account that does expire periodically.
